In the Nursery room we encourage the children to toilet train and wean off of their sleep, in preparation for Pre-School. In Pre-School we introduce phonics sessions and early maths skills as well as larger physical equipment to enhance gross motor skills. We believe that embedding these skills early, gives the children the best chance of being school-ready.
Upon joining Reception, the children are challenged further with the introduction of core lessons and individualised learning tasks for extended periods. They are equally encouraged to learn through a range of child-led and adult-led play during specific times.
Development is observed and tracked throughout the Early Years department using an App called Famly. This provides parents with all details from how the child's day has been to progress reports at the end of each term.

Come along for an exciting and interactive forest session based on Julia Donaldson's heartwarming tale, "Stick Man". Children will step into the magical world of Stick Man as they explore the forest, play fun games, and engage in creative activities—all while learning about nature and teamwork!

Magical Music Morning - Saturday 12th October, 9.30 - 11am
Join us for a Magical Music morning. Based on the theme of space we will be singing, playing, moving and making our own instruments to take home. A great way to spend a Saturday morning!

Come along to join us on Strictly Saturday! A chance for you and your child to dance together and have fun whilst learning a few ballroom and Latin moves just in time for the Strictly season! No dance experience necessary. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Looking forward to seeing you there!
